ProInventory360 ("we", "us", "our") provides the website at proinventory360.com and the app at app.proinventory360.com. These terms govern their use by dealerships and the people they invite.
Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation; there is no public sign-up. A dealership's administrator invites its people and assigns their roles, and is responsible for who has access. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us through our contact form if you think someone else has used your account.
Your dealership's data
Your dealership's records belong to your dealership. We use them to provide, support and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The activity history records each change with who made it and when, and entries are never edited or removed.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for your dealership's own business.
- Do not try to reach another dealership's records, get around a sign-in or role, or interfere with the service.
- Upload only documents your dealership is entitled to use.
Figures the app calculates
Market check, days' supply, Price Review, carrying cost and other figures in the app are calculated from the records your dealership keeps, and values read from documents by AI can be wrong (see our AI Use Policy). They are aids to your own judgment, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check the figures that matter before you rely on them.
Other websites
The app links to websites we do not operate, such as Ford's window sticker and dealer invoice sites and your own dealership's listing pages. Those sites have their own terms.
Ford
ProInventory360 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ford Motor Company. Ford names are used only to describe the vehicles and documents the app works with.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
